STANDARD DESIGNS
- The smaller installations are made from folded steel plate.
- The larger installations are made from tubular profiles with removable panels over the entire shaft. This construction assures extra stability. In these installations we can use cross-stabilized conveyor belts provided with double sidewalls and cleats. Standard beltwidth up to 800 mm, standard sidewall/cleat heights up to 150 mm at a belt speed till 1 m/sec. Both standard constructions are provided with all required inspection-, maintenance – and cleaning facilities.

- The larger installations are made from tubular profiles with removable panels over the entire shaft. This construction assures extra stability. In these installations we use cross-stabilized conveyor belts provided with double sidewalls and cleats. Standard beltwidth up to 1.800 mm, standard sidewall/cleat heights up to 400 mm at a belt speed till 2,6 m/sec. Both standard constructions are provided with all required inspection-, maintenance – and cleaning facilities.
